• Faith Journey Progress: Milestone completions, attendance history, cell group assignments, and spiritual lifecycle indicators used internally to support your faith development.
• Financial Transactions: If you use our Online Giving portal, we collect transaction details (such as amount, giving type, and receipt metadata). Payment processing is handled securely, and we do not store your raw credit card or banking credentials.
• Device Information: We may collect details about your mobile device, such as the device ID, manufacturer, operating system version, and system performance info to run version checkups.

2. How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you allows us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to:

• Create and manage your user profile and account.
• Track and support your faith milestones and curriculum progress.
• Facilitate local church campus and cell group communication.
• Send administrative notifications, such as event reminders and transaction receipts (via SMS, WhatsApp, or email).
• Prevent fraudulent transactions and monitor against theft or unauthorized usage.

3. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Your information is only shared in the following scenarios:

• Organization/Campus Leadership: Your profile details are visible only to authorized leaders and administrators within your specific church organization and campus to help guide your spiritual tracking.
• Third-Party Service Providers: We share data with third parties that perform services on our behalf, including hosting (Supabase), payment processing, and messaging systems. These providers are contractually bound to keep your data secure.
• By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal processes, to investigate potential violations, or to protect the safety of others.

4. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. Our database leverages Row Level Security (RLS) to enforce strict isolation between church tenants, ensuring your data is never accessible by unauthorized organizations. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

5. User Control & Data Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time. You may log in to the App to update your profile settings.
